The parents are not entitled to citizenship simply because their child was born in the US, and in fact under US law they have to submit an extraordinary amount of evidence saying that if they go back to their home country they will be in extraordinary danger. Biden and other dem presidents just did not enforce this law. And thats the issue with anchor babies; they stop being something that is sought after if existing law is actually enforced.
