It was only later that I learned only the Soviets discovered the death camps and the camps we liberated were work camps, and that removed all doubt. These were work/internment camps and to the extent there was a holocaust, the deaths were dramatically inflated.

Really, who cares? The reality or unreality of it would have nothing to do with modern day America or modern day Whites or every modern day Germans. Prussic acid (the precursor of cyanide, and the component in Zyklon B) was incredibly fucking expensive to make. Its a catalyzed reaction between high pressure ammonia /methane/oxygen reaction. And its the shits to transport, which adds even more cost to its use. Its only use in the camps was as an insecticide, particularly for lice. The Germans were not fools, especially with organic chemistry. If they wanted a poison gas all they needed was to capture the offgas from a wood burning stove. Orders of magnitude cheaper than cyanide.
