>>538128416No, you can't. The kid would technically have dual citizenship, 1 from the US and 1 from whatever shithole you come from. You don't get citizenship just because the kid has it. Basically they deport you, your girlfriend AND the baby. When the kid is older and wants to move to the US by themselves then they can. They can "sponsor" their parents to become citizens, but not until the kid is 21 at least. So I guess you could have your girlfriend pop out a kid here, but you'd be waiting 21 years for maybe, just maybe a chance at them getting you in the door
