As someone who voted for Trump, this is something my mind just can't fucking accept. He promised he would lower the cost of living, or at least make an effort to do so. Instead, not only has he made things far more expensive than when Biden was president, he hasn't even attempted to lower the cost of living. If anything, he's doubled down on keeping prices as high as possible. It's the biggest mindfuck imaginable. Now it seems like the Republican strategy is to make fun of poor people, as if that's somehow going to get them elected.
