I took some time to parse the opinion with AI and look at some key points. The dissents were full of common sense that supports Trump's executive order. They simply got outvoted 5-4 because Barrett cockblocked Trump once again. But there is a path to getting this overturned.

Thomas and Alito are the two oldest justices. If Trump replaces them before his term is up, then the next oldest justices will be Sotomayor, Roberts, and Kagan. If any of them "retire" when a Republican is in office, they'll pick a justice who will vote to overturn Trump v Barbara, then turn that executive order on, or pass an act of Congress to exclude children of illegals from getting citizenship. They could expand that to be any child born to parents who don't at least have a green card. They could do all kinds of limitations. They just need to get this ruling overturned, and Republicans need only one vote.

No doubt Trump is thinking about this right now and will come out soon asking for Thomas and Alito to retire voluntarily so he can replace with them younger justices. But this also means that if the Democrats win in 2028, they'll force Sotomayor and Kagan to retire so they could do the same. The next 2 years will literally decide the future of America.

Bro it's fucking over. This cope is embarrassing. We need to move on from this jewnited states and start afresh. Still in the spirit of the founding fathers of course. But it's time for the Second Republic.

The Republic is dead.
We need to reformat into a military empire and take everything if we're gonna have to feed all these fucking niggers. I think we should start with Mexico. If there is no southern border then the obviously dominant military should subsume the other. They have one coming too.

Its funny how nothing changed, the 14th amendment has been around since 1868, but somehow not making a change will suddenly end the country.

The 14th amendment includes the stipulation "subject to the jurisdiction of". When asked what that phrase means, the man who wrote the amendment said this.

Seems pretty cut and dry to me. The Supreme court is blatantly reinterpreting the amendment to mean something it literally doesn't mean.

Lol you spics prostrate to me in person.

>>538137532
Thomas and Alito both voted to remove it and the 2 judges Trump picked voted to keep it. Going by his track record if he did this we'd just end up with a 7-2 ruling.

>>
>>538138234
The man who wrote the amendment explained clearly what it meant. How can you expect him to predict the way language would change over the next 150 years?

The phrase "subject to the jurisdiction of" is intended to capture cases such as illegal aliens.
>>
>>538138139
When viewed with the Ark precedent, it''s pretty clear that "every other class of persons" includes people who just crossed the border and started working.

It's sort of hard to square the Ark "domiciled" definition and what Ark's parents did (literally just get on a boat and come here, start working, ran a business) and what most illegal immigrants do (hop the border, start working, paying rent, etc.)

As I recall, the Trump administration didn't argue Ark was wrong -- they argued that illegals didn't meet the standards for "domiciled". Haven't read this new decision, so I don't know how they weighted that but it didn't seem particularly credible to me when I was reading the administration's arguments.
>>
>>538138023
What wasnt around in 1868, you fucking retard. You absolute moron. In 1868 the original intent of a white nation was intact.
>>
>>538138313
>Ark precedent
Sounds gay and retarded, and sounds likr it's not a law.

The man who wrote the amendment explained what it meant in black and white text. If someone interpreted it incorrect back then, they were wrong as well.
>>
>>538137532
Trump’s justices are cucked on immigration, bro.

They had a once-in-a-lifetime chance to meaningfully get the US back on track and they blew it for feels and earning brownie points with the third world.
>>
>>538138382
It's a Supreme Court case -- Wong Kim Ark. So, yes it is law. That's what Supreme Court cases are -- they are binding case law until they get overturned.

And like I said, the administration did not contest the Ark ruling in their arguments. They argued that current illegal immigrants don't fit that description.
>>
>>538138312
>The phrase "subject to the jurisdiction of" is intended to capture cases such as illegal aliens.
Illegal aliens didn't exist when he wrote that shit. They wouldn't for 2 more years. We had unrestricted immigration at the time.
>>
>>538138312
>>538138493
Also, language didn't change, and you aren't understanding what he meant cause you don't fucking know what an appositive is and can't read for shit.
>>
>>538138469
We actually had a much better chance in the 1990s and early 2000s with Pat Buchanan, but Trump made it his personal mission to follow Pat around the country and across broadcast news attacking him for being an "anti-semite" who didn't like "the gays or the blacks".
>>
>>538137532
>If Trump replaces them before his term is up
They would never retire knowing what's at stake. Most of them will die in office, just like most of congress and the senate.

>the 14th amendment has been around since 1868, but somehow not making a change will suddenly end the country.
That's correct. With this ruling in hand, the whole world will view birthright citizenship as being reaffirmed. Just come here on a tourist visa with an almost full term pregnancy, go straight to the hospital and request induced labor. I don't think most people understand how easy it is to get a 30 day tourist visa. Most people who enter illegally can get a visitor's visa too, but they don't want to go home, so they try to sneak in without a paper trail.

And knowing all that, Democrats will throw the border open for illegals, H1-B, refugees, asylees, temporary protected status, and every kind of visa you could think of. Since Republicans will chase this dream forever, Democrats are guaranteed to get every vote from immigrant family that has a baby here, no matter how they got here. Because 20 years later that kid sponsors the parents and now you have 3 blue voters forever.

Yea, the 2028 election is gonna be all about this. It's going to be insane.

I’m not saying this to be mean, I’m only saying this because you are really, really, really dumb: no one cares about your AI conversations, and you could just as easily have made ai say the exact opposite of whatever it told you.

It’s stupid.
You can’t tell because you are also stupid.

>>

Trump got elected on being the Buchanan of his time. Literally all he had to do was vet his justices on immigration and birthright citizenship would be gone today in a 5-4 landmark ruling. This is entirely on him.

If Trump was motivated by the same things that motivate Buchanan, why did he oppose Buchanan? Probably because he isn't motivated by those things and was just motivated by people not liking zionism.

Thomas did not write a dissent. He wrote a textbook on how to get this overturned once Republicans replace Sotomayor with someone that has common sense.

Sad. The good old America is long gone.

We simply have to do what the Romans cucked out on and restore the republic. The only problem is the Praetorian guard is the Pentagon and the networks of DoD contractors.

I mean the Pentagon already controls the US government because they control all communication in & out of the whitehouse. If a President actually did something radically based they would just cut off hsi communication and send in a handler to have a chat with him.

There were a few based Roman Emperors who tried to do serious reforms to save the Empire in part by dismantling or reducing the power of the Praetorian guard. They allegedly marched in and after an impassioned speech from the Emperor about saving Rome they promptly beheaded him and then installed a new Emperor that would give them increased gibs.

2016 Candidate Trump was elevated by memes as this god of based-ness, however reading between the lines you are likely correct that this is who he always was. SCOTUS was basically an afterthought in his campaign until he reached out to Heritage Foundation for a list of justices who wanted to ban abortion and seemingly nothing else.

This. AI posting and admitting to AI use should be bannable.
>>
>>538138566

Who is we? You are Canadian.

I am an American that left because of gang stalking. But overall the US, through it's Jewish powers, now owns the the world. Most Americans are miserable but you won't see it on tv.

But there is no way to overturn anything. Blaming Americans like blaming the the Nazis is like blaming democrats for republicans winning. Literally people have no power unless they unite, and only they won't unite unless enough people lose everything at the same time.
