Someone should really keep an eye on these "targeted individuals" to make sure they're doing okay. I knew a guy who thought he was being gangstalked so I installed some listening devices throughout his house and started following him around when he goes on his weird midnight drives. I even took note of everything he buys at the grocery store to make sure he's eating right.
