Nowhere, and I mean nowhere else on the internet do people need /s at the end of a post to infer sarcasm. A lot of communities like to claim they're autistic, but reddit actually is a containment zone for literal autists (people that fundamentally can't tell what's sarcasm and need to be explicitly told). They also are incredibly thin skinned, so seeing a post that even jokingly cuts against the prevailing hive mind causes them an immense cortisol spike. That /s at the end is like a little hit of opium that calms them down and moves their cursor off the downvote button they were fully primed to smash.Redditors are a quite possibly a different species, not fully human.
OP isn't a faggot /s
>>538138315i made a plebbet account in like 2012 got banned from every sub plebbit i posted in. years later i hear them runnings ads on the local radio. amazed that shit site is still populated
>>538138315I mean yeah, you're right. Unfortunately though Reddit is kind of the main forum of the Internet so sometimes you have to put up with their faggotry when you need answers about niche topics
