A gun shop may refuse to sell to someone if they choose to but generally they're not going to because that's the opposite of what you should do to make money in business. It's the feds' job to stop sales. If they can't or won't then don't say that retailers have a responsibility to conduct their own background checks because firstly that's wrong and secondly it's impractical.

>>538138789Actually the Feds gave gun store owners a free way to refuse sales to niggers. All they had to do was claim the niggers smell like weed and therefore aren’t allowed to buy a gun today. The problem is this means turning away potential sales which isn’t a good way to stay in business in the long run.
