First time I heard about the E-TEAM connection.
Why are these "artists" wearing harnesses?
It's not like they worked outside on the lights, and it's not like you can just fall out the windows?
The only explanation I have is, is it possible that they had access to maintenance shafts or similar that made it possible to climb up and down along the beams?

The dark line is from the skylobby or maintenance area or what ever it is. You can see it pretty clear on the right tower in the daylight shot as this different colored band, it's under the red box in the left tower.
