The reason the British police are full of women is because their purpose is no longer to protect the public, rather their role is similar to that of the "political commissars" of the Red Army whose job it was to enforce adherence to Soviet ideology and to root out dissidents or "non-conformists". Women are better suited for this purpose due to their conformist nature and zealous adherence to consensus; while a male officer may roll his eyes at being sent to yet another "malicious comms" complaint against some old lady for misgendering some tranny on Twitter, women will gleefully, enthusiastically jump at the opportunity to punish people for "wrongthink". Orwell's "it was always the women" comments apply here.
