She is lying. Zero zoomers on the planet have ever said "No" after 5 rounds of interviews. Why?Number 1) Every IT company I've applied to has had 2-3 rounds of interviews (very rarely 4). Not 5. Thats just a number she made up to pretend she did work and is therefore a victim because her work was pointless. IT companies have an HR interview with the dumb bitch, a technical interview with the intelligent white man you will work with and a third interview with the manager.Number 2) She has sent automated replies to 465 qualified young people looking for jobs and wasted their time. But its only a problem when her time is wasted. Not when she wastes other people's time. Other people that are just better than her.
>>538164514Point being. 5 interviews isnt a thing that exists(HR bitch lied) and us zoomers don't say no to jobs(HR bitch lied)
>>538159565Well receiving an offer the day of the interview or too soon afterwards is a red flag. It’s a sign of high turnover, desperation, or disorganized management choices. I’ve had it 3 times, and each time it turned out badly. I once met with a resume writer who was also a career coach of some kind. Is it realy just a humiliation ritual to see which goyim are uncomfortable with being cattle?
underemployment will be the new term again, just waitit's so funny that even Masters and Doctorates are having to compete with foreign imported workers suppressing industry wages>bUt I GoT mORe EdUcAteD listen you are white and voted to be replaced because you were an idealist. go get another doctorate wonder when you'll learn they will never hire you now
>>538159365They fucking suck. My first job was an overnight maintenance man and it fucking blew. All my memories of those 2 years are night. I was depressed like fucking crazy and would have no one to talk to sometimes for days. There were some perks though, chicks I dated let me use them while they slept. So on my days off when they went to bed I’d get to just watch movies and play games and then plap them as much and as slow as I wanted.
>>538159461I think most of the jobs go to women because whatever kike that manages the company, gets to touch the women and get away with it. Meanwhile men actually have to do backbreaking work to barely scrape up ends meet.
the best thing about working an in-demand high specialisation job is you can fuck over HR if they treat you like shit>be me can work anywhere and be choosie>dont give a shit about new job at company>HR steps out of line>figure out the entire HR dept is a bunch of cunts (always foids)>decide to stab psychotic asshole HR manager and get them sacked>they've worked at this one corporation for 20years.>destroy any chance of future work reference and ruin their careersI found out in one case they never worked again. some people are just too scared to cross the rubicon. this is why HR think they're special until they're not because nobody ever stands up to them. when you get in a situation where you're valued in your job market you become the boss. lucky I guess
>>538167378Women on birth control pills have 62% lower testosterone than they should have, and observable malfunction in their prefrontal lobe which is the part of the brain responsible for judging character. The women who take the pill are also the women most likely to divorce their husband after having had a child, because they don't take the pill when pregnant and often keep it away during breastfeeding which is enough for the effects to fade and their judgement to spontaneously decide the hoodrat wasn't a safe bet after all.
>>538170486It is probably minor in the grand scheme of things because many are desperate, but this corpo speak on job application notices is vomit inducing. Couple it with nonsensical demands for the applicant and you hit the HR roastie jackpot. The people that write them are anti-human. Once my previous company had problems finding candidates, and I looked at the job offer. It started with a long bullshit corpo speak about "core values" you had to scroll down for 10 seconds before being met with a wall of insane demands (the first two lines of which requiring a phd and 3 years of experience, for a job that anyone with a three digits IQ that had heard about Fourier transforms could pick up on the fly before the probation period ended). The actual content of the job was so flimsily described no one not already in the business could have understood what was meant.
>>538158928It's as real as millenial unemployment and gen X unemployment. Just another D&C tool, have people argue about which generation has it worse, while things get worse for every generation. Throw some feminism in there, male female divide, bit of racial tensions. It's how clown world keeps rotating.

>>538175044In America we have a system where a company can hire a foreign worker on a special indentured service visa. They have to keep the job or they'll almost certainly be deported. So American Billie's and Joe's are competing with the entire world for entry level corporate jobs. Especially in programming but plenty of other industries. It drives down wages and displaces Americans from jobs that then go to foreigners who went to Poverty Polytechnic in India or Indonesia or wherever: then when companies realized the scam works they tend to hire pied pipers from places like the subcontinent who then chain migrate other workers who will work for less in these jobs. It's lead to Americans working longer hours in worse conditions. Jobs that used to be treated like professionals are now being talked down to and expected to work in sweatshop conditions compared to the same office 20-30 years ago. As a part of gaming the system companies will have insane hiring requirements that are functionally impossible and then lost a salary that's well below market. And even then to prevent an American from finding it they will list the job in obscure places just to keep the scam going. H-1B and other similar programs need to be shut down completely until we figure out what was going on
