It occurred to me at that moment that he had never used a broom, never even seen a broom used by someone else. It was new technology to him. I pondered about this for days after I saw it. How could someone live to be a grown man and not know how to sweep? Wouldn't he have at least seen a cartoon where someone sweeps floors? Surely his mom must have swept the floor at some point? And that's when it occurred to me that he probably lived in a house with no floor, just dirt. Wherever he comes from people don't clean up after themselves they just throw things on the ground and leave it. So when people talk about bringing immigrants for their labor, this is the quality of the labor. You cannot take a person who lived his whole life in a house with a dirt floor and expect that he knows how to sweep. Anyway he didn't stay long. I don't remember exactly why he stopped showing up, I assume he forgot how to breathe one morning and died.

So the test is in impulse control, can you stop yourself from speeding on empty road in order to receive reward of not having to stop. Sadly most people are unable and have elderly tier launch speed so despite driving right I have to brake down while their lizard brain takes time to react to green light.
