>Social Security Administration Celebrates America’s 250th with Commemorative Cards for Newborns>Baltimore, MD – The Social Security Administration (SSA) today announced a first-of-its-kind commemorative Social Security card for children born in the United States between July 2 and December 31, 2026, celebrating the 250th anniversary of American independence. EAB cards issued outside the July 2 – December 31, 2026, timeframe and all replacement and duplicate cards will not carry the commemorative designation regardless of the cardholder's birth date.
