Every single thing Russia has done has only been reciprocal and they never reciprocally target civilians even though Ukraine has switched to that. Ukraine's backers i.e. Britain want to provoke a Russian attack or something, Ukraine just deliberately targeted a school and bus, they killed something like around 20 people age 18-22 deliberately.
