>Shouldn’t the power to enact laws belong to the U.S. Congress and the President?Yet every time the U.S. government attempts to enact a new law, it always tries to get the Supreme Court to “legislate.”By altering the outcome of a single landmark case, it changes the entire law.Why does the U.S. government do this?A judge’s duty is to adjudicate cases; a judge does not have the authority to amend the law itself.
>>538196445>and the Presidentlol no it's his job to execute the law that Congress legislates>a judge does not have the authority to amend the law itselfThey amended the law to give themselves this authority (no joke) The power of judicial review comes from judicial review.
>>538196761>They amended the law to give themselves this authority (no joke)Why hasn’t anyone stopped this from happening? On the contrary, everyone in the U.S. government is trying to curry favor with the Supreme Court justices in order to secure more favorable rulings.
>>538196445Why does the power belong to jews? Why does america have the noahide laws and the punishment of the guillotine available and legal? Or do you not know shit?
>>538196867What do the 5 stars mean on your flag? Surely it couldn't be the kabbalah...
>>538196445>WHY CUM I DONT NO LAW SO GOOD?!?!Riveting thread. Fag.
there is no escape chinaman, accept it's over, but dont take the mark of the beast or it's GG. Enjoy babylon
>>538196445Because Congress isn’t incentivized to actually pass shit, as that could be controversial and then re-election gets harder, so the courts (and administrative agencies) get/have to pick up the slack
>>538196445>>538196867> Why hasn’t anyone stopped this from happening?Seperation of powers.
Americans are poorly educated. They see everyone abides by the Supreme Court decisions. Even Trump, a wannabe strongman dictator, retreats in recrimination when they smack his executive orders down.Americans don't see this and understand that judges are deciding how the law is to be interpreted. They see this and think "Judge BIGGEST lawman! Police < FBI President < Judge!"Please understand, Americans were deliberately made stupid over the last 4 decades as an attempt to control us.

>>538196445Yeah we have a stupid fucking system of multiple mini dictators that can override our elected legislators. Judges can get a wild hair up their ass and create case law based on whatever the fuck they feel like, and it's as good a legislative law. Same goes for executive orders and vetos. It's bullshit and takes away our democracy.
>>538197908> muh elected legislators> muh democracyFaggots like you are the reason we have these checks and balances to begin with. Everyone knows that elections are either won via rigging or appealing to the lowest common denominator.
>>538196445It was one of those things about our system of government that sounded good on paper but in practice doesn't work out all that well sometimes
>>538196445Supreme court justices at the state level lower court were never intended to take every little case that was appealed before them, they began taking more and more cases to ensure they kept a place in the bureaucracy. Politicians saw they could manipulate this fear justices had so they actively appealed even more cases to those courts, so inevitably the higher court also began to take on more cases because lower courts would never seek to resolve case law with any true finality. This is where higher courts began to gain power, lower court justices got bribed to juggle cases until politicians or whoever could apply to a higher court, then all the higher court had to do was wait for bribes or hint to the applicants about what a win was worth to them. Antonin Scalia was killed either for not playing the game or for playing it badly, got smothered to death in his own home. Anyway this is a lesson that you shouldn't give anyone absolute say over your nation's controls, something our founders literally said was our duty as citizens but nobody takes it seriously anymore, they're lemmings just waiting for the next distraction to take their minds off hard decisions.

>>538198554Why then would they expressly advocate for no true leaders, when it puts their own power at risk? They could try to hide in plain sight or behind openly corrupt people to throw off scent but you really think they could persist to this day by doing so? With no serious investigation or significant exposure? Spare me the cryptic "super secret esoteric knowledge" tripe, either speak your so-called knowledge directly or fuck off and keep people in the dark, I've probably heard it before.
