If you read the SpaceX prospectus the "space data centers" are actually going to be built in a town called Bastrop in Texas. It's far cheaper to just build twice the solar panels plus batteries here on earth, use a closed loop cooling system. But since it's even cheaper to just hook up to the main power grid and use open cycle evaporation cooling systems they do that instead.
