Everyone still wears the traditional uniform and goes wandering for several years after completing their apprenticeship with nothing but a big stick and a bag of belongings

What constitutes "hand work"?
>>
>>538218870
roofing
metal work
carpentry
chimney cleaning
etc.

Well as the name suggests, everything you traditionally do with your hands, though most of these dont go out on these journeys anymore, only the more traditional jobs like carpenters or stone smiths, and not all
>>
My father did it and he employeed many of them temporarily on their journey, its pretty based

Whoops your federal government just cancelled these centuries-old traditions. You can no longer afford to take that kind of time off. Entschuldigung and get back to work!

the nazis did but then it was restored

This is interesting. Is the point of the tradition that you wander the land, plying your trade wherever out-of-the-way place it's needed?
Also can you say the nat soc word online?
>>
>>538219439
yes
you work for short periods at random companies and learn new things
>>
>>538218870
Literally manual work, i.e. blue-collar, everything not done at an office desk (primarily)

OP is just an ESLutscher from East-Germany who cannot into Englisch

In theory, that would have long-term advantages for the economy and community at large (spreading knowledge and efficiencies firm-to-firm, having new tradesmen test to find the best fit location and role-wise for them, get skilled labour to out-of-the-way locations, etc.) but would be not ideal for individual big employers that temporarily lose their tradesmen to wandering.

I'm in Wisconsin. We have the Amish. Those fuckers work hard. They stink and they love Aldis and Menards. I see them more now than ever. They are breeding machines. Let them take over.

No hand jobs, I know that's what you meant.

learned the Carpenter in my youth. The shit they do it is mostly to bridge time out from unemployment. If they will finish 2 years travel they get legendary level and will be hired everywhere. BTW it is not as hard as people think..

Good job OP, it’s time to bend this horrendous Anglo language to our will.
>>
Why not just do carpentry in the Bundswehr?
