I simply don't think that'll happen. People hate Israel but not enough in which they see a massive disaster with a huge death toll and immediately think "Pff just another Israel false flag". Seeing widespread death really affects people, they never brush it off. Unless Israel does a bad job at covering their tracks, I can't imagine the majority of people thinking Israel when they wake up and see that an entire US city has been nuked. I remember back in February 2022 when rumors were building that Russia was going to invade Ukraine, almost everyone I saw either shrugged and said it wasn't gonna happen, or they were talking about how much they didn't wanna get involved, not wanting another forever war. However, when the actual invasion happened, people I saw took a complete 180 and became vehemently pro-Ukraine and anti-Russia, it felt like they became very pro-war or something like that. The same would happen here I feel.

first of all, Trump will say an IRGC cell was responsible and all the magahats will believe it because Trump said so.
secondly, they will stage broadcasts in Persian announcing it as revenge for the 170 schoolgirls and for Ali Khamenei and their dissatisfaction with the peace process so soon after so much of their leadership got killed with impunity
and they may even involve real Iranians as patsies. there's plenty of Iranians who are Israeli agents, chiefly the leader of the Al-Quds force of the IRGC who was Soleimani's deputy and took over after his death (similar scheme to Delcy Rodriguez and Nicholas Maduro). in fact he was the one who facilitated Soleimani's death on behalf of Israel, being promised a soft landing after the inevitable regime replacement perhaps even a top job in security or administration
