Houses are getting affordable again.
>jack up the price 500%>they drop 1%>AFFORDABILITY RETURNS
>MEDIAN $430,000 United States Dollars
>>538227198Nigger those real estate agents and realtors and sites and developers are one big mafia, and I hope all of you niggers go broke so that they drop prices to zero and you get free housing and those parasitic jews starve to death.
Where are these affordable houses?
>>538227198You can now buy a 2 bedroom crack den in Detroit for the low price of $450,000!
>>538227304Meanwhile interest rates are still pushing 7% leading to a $4000 PITI monthly payment for a normal middle class house that your parents could have bought for $400 a month.
>>538227198>HOUSES ARE AFFORDABLE AGAIN GUISE!!!>prices drop 2.5%>interest rates on mortgages are up though making it even more expensive than it was beforeget the fuck outta here with your bullshit
>>538228076Oh it's worse then you think.
In 1970 median houses cost about 3.5 years of median wage. Houses that were built by White men and not made of cardboard. I will not consider housing affordable until it has reached that level again.
It’s because there is going to be a housing crisis by 2032 that they are going to try to cover up since they, like anon said, are one big mafia
>>538227198no they aren't.
>>538227198>housesno one cares anymore. live with family, if you need privacy for a gf then get a love hotel like everyone else does in the world. >>538228421this

>>538227198Remember that one month -a mere month- in 2021 where the average home price went up over $100,000 a house? I do. It took one month. Fuck the welfare takers who printed all that money up because they were scared of COVID. Fuck them. Fuck them in the government, fuck the majority that sat home and took money as "NEET". Fuck 'em. They're all niggers. If you sat home and got paid for nothing, you fucking did this. You're the reason homes are expensive. You are the problem that needs removed.
>>538228900we're gonna remove the beaners and jeets instead
>>538227198>steepest fall since 2017That's like saying beef is the cheapest it's been since April

>>538227198Yeah but you are so pathetic that can't even let someone show me the house I'm about to rent. You are a fucking failure.
>>538229451i have gotten soft in my old age, i know
>>538227198>Dropped 2.5%>Biggest record since 2017I cannot roll my eyes any harder.
>>5382271982.5% is nothing.when it drops 20-30% i'll bite.Bought a house in 2017 at the lowest point in near american history for interest rates.i'm not falling into that scam again until we get sub 3.8% interest rates and houses drop at least 15% in price.i'll buy the upgraded house, rent this fucker out until the socialist eventually tax the fuck out of me and sell it.
>>538229397What if this is the deepest it dips tho
>>538229714It probably isStill doesn't mean you should (or even can) buy
>>538227198Why would you buy a house in this country? I live full time in a camper for a twelfth of the cost and can go where I want.
>>5382297142021 prices is the deepest.
>>538227198They should make an occupancy tax deductible. Like you don't get taxed so heavily on properties that are occupied.
>>538229885Stop with this antisemitism, anon
>>538228570>2032No, literally this year or next year. This stuff typically follows oil shocks even if the oil returns to a normal price.
>>538227198>2.5% decreasewe are so back bros
>>538229764Well when should I? I am in the market for my first home but I'm not even actively looking with this market. Kinda don't know what to do.
>>538231880A housing market crash (what you would need for affordability) also would mean a stock market crash and jobs evaporating, so it's actually just best to wait for now unless you're rich enough to afford the current market.>Well when should I?Could unironically be never, this shit always crashes all at the same time. If you keep your job during said crash that's when you buy.
I just sold a house I bought in 2020. Paid 250k, sold for 400k. I had 3 offers on the first day it was listed. I hate to break it to you all but the prices aren't dropping anytime soon.
