>Mr Merz also announced sweeping changes to sick leave rules, including scrapping the right for Germans to get a sick note by telephone and introducing a requirement for workers to “submit a medical certificate from the very first day of illness.”>“We know this is a tough decision. But we can no longer afford this competitive disadvantage caused by prolonged absences from work,” said Mr Merz. Why do you call out from work for no medically valid reason in America? We don't do that in Germany!
Formerly high trust society adapting to be a low trust society moment
I just ring my boss "Hey, mom, I have a massive hangover." and she's like "Ok, sweetie."No reason to involve the authorities.Idk wtf you're doing in the rest of the world but it's wrong.
spoiler: they're planning to roll out the real coof this year
>>538229119> Idk wtf you're doing in the rest of the world but it's wrong.Your nation is one of the globohomo jew meat shield nations anon. These changes will happen there soon enough, it does everywhere. No, no one is going to listen to you nor will you do anything differently when that time comes, either. The only reason it hasn’t happened there yet is they need to keep the butthurt bent states happy and relatively prosperous for now so the populations will be willing to fight when the time comes here soon. Once all of that has transpired, all of these changes and the demographic replacements will happen there too. No nation is ever special or outside of it except the chosen nation.
>>538228497Is this for calling in for a single day or is it for an extended absence?
>>538228497This is unironically a good change the self-report system gets abused a fuckton
>>538229636Shut the fuck up nigger.>It was abusedWho cares, it isn't your problem.
>>538229340Ok, goycattle. Have a nice day!
>>538228497I actually agree with this. Germany needs at least 30 billion euros of tax revenue per year to import, house and feed its migrants. If you call in sick, you are wasting an entire day worth of taxes.
>>538228497>Injure leg, it's not so bad>Go to work anyway>The next day the leg is bad, limited range of motion >Cancel a shift, tell them my leg is injured>They want proofs>Go to pharmacy for medical certificate>"Sorry we can't back-date your medical certificate it has to be filled in the day of the injury">Sorry you missed a day with no excuse you will need to book in with your doctor for a "for for work" assessment>Arrive at doctor 3 weeks later first available appointment, almost a month of lost wages, leg is doing fine>Sorry I can't file this as there's no RECENT injury tee hee>Can't get paperwork because I didn't foresee in advance that my leg would get injectedAnd that's how I was fired from Mondelez
>>538230332Infected* fuck autocorrect
Sick leave is a benefit from the employer. They can decide the rules of their sick leave.Usually you get 3-5 days per year where you can just stay home and no need to proof anything. If you mean medical leave, then yes you need a paper from the doctors.
>>538229982The reason why I would never hire an employee for my one man company is that the costs of the employee is about double the employee’s actual salary exactly because of bullshittery like this, rather work 12 hours a day myself
Just go give you retards some insight - companies could already request that currently. And with the law, they'll still be able to offer 3 days sick leave without a doctors note...so nothing changes. this is all smoke and mirrorsThey'll never touch the 75 billion in social welfare and "refugee aid" we spend every year on leeches on our system, they'll never cut taxes, we'll be smothered in taxes and social contributions>i cost my employer 11.235 € a month>of that I keep a whopping 6.315 €
>>538229402>Is this for calling in for a single day or is it for an extended absence?More than 3 days requires always a med. note. They did the short because with note the people stay longer ill at home. It is up to the employer to demand a note from the 1st day btw.
>>538230332This is why you always exaggerate the injury and use all the benefits possible.
