That is mentally where they are at. No version of multiculturalism has ever worked, and it never will. The differences between groups are actually much larger than the differences within. I am a behavioral scientist, I fucking know. I can't publish it but any data set on race shows a huge gap with them no matter if you control household income or not. This is genetic and it's not something you can train out. That's the reality of the situation. Our assumption that all men are created equal is incorrect. Perhaps of equal value, but you cannot expect equal behavior, equal learning, or equal outcomes. Their proclivity for violence is unrivaled and they behave more like animals than people to figures of authority. It is innate. There is a mass difference in the frontal lobe, specifically the area related to planning and foresight. You cannot rehabilitate this, they lack the organ that lets them regulate this behavior and it is entirely scientific. They might even literally be Homo Erectus and are one of Evolution's missing links. For other groups, the gap is not as big, but for them it is insurmountable. They will never be civilized.

Integration must be forced and mandated or it ceases immediately. It harms us for very obvious reasons. It harms them because they know they don't belong in an academic setting. They react violently to it because it represents an intractable frustration. They lose dey minds when confronted with sn algebra test. It makes them feel intense frustration and fury inside. Little wonder they beat the shit out of teachers. Imagine how you would feel if someone was telling you to scale the empire state building and telling you that you can do it. You know better. You know you can't do it. Same with niggers and mathematics...or any abstract subjects...it's infuriating for them to be told they can do something they know they can't. And then to be humiliated with tests to prove what they already know. Some blacks can. Not many, but we know who they are by about 5th grade. The rest and just not capable. So they react with violence. It's hard to blame them. They keep telling people they cannot do these things, and the state just forces the issue on them pretending they're exactly the same as white kids. We have to completely reassess all of this madness. Give them a 6th grade education, and if they are able to do more, make that option open to them. Otherwise, get them in job training programs and let them be content.

We endorsed double blind auditions and merit based hiring and even lowering the bar just for them. But nothing works. Equal outcomes is impossible.
