The USPS has been declining for the last 6 years, but now it's starting to affect EVERYTHING including chicken farming. It's hard to get a package from just 100 miles away delivered to you in 7 days now. Where just 6 or 7 years ago it would basically only take 2 days. I specifically remember it being that way because I remembered when I was going to pay for the 2 day shipping the clerk would tell me most of the time that there was no need to pay for the priority shipping because it would make it there in 2 days just by paying the regular postage on it. So, I think it's safe to say ... since the USPS can't realistically ship baby chicks WITHOUT harming them then this practice needs to be made illegal. It's seems like PETA should be all over this, if they aren't already.P.S.
