How do we fix this problem?
>>538257400We don't. This "problem" as you suggest goes back ten thousand years. Somebody's got to slave away and grind.
>>538257400More information is needed since he shouldn’t be paid more, those should cost less.
>>538257400Does the machine need to be maintenanced or calibrated?Does the process need to be validated to avoid 100% destructive verification?Does the man pictured manage and pay for this?
Using what?Material and machinery that someone else has bought and paid for.If the profit margin was so high, surely he can take out a loan and go into business for himself and make a mint, right?

>>538257400>communist shrinks image destroying value created by another communist.
The retard collectivist's commentary is unironically one of the most concise and easy to understand demonstrations as to why commies aren't even worth acknowledging
>work 5 hours to afford a 15 minute dentist checkup
>>538257400So why doesn't he make them himself and sell them?
Labor is only part of the equation. There are tons of hidden costs >Materials >Machines >Licensing >Advertising >Various government regulations>Insurance >Supply chain & shipping >Land costs>Management >HR >Training (where you don't benefit from the labor as much) >Employee retention >Client satisfaction (returns) >Contracts All that goes into the cost of the final product. It's way more than just labor
>>538257400>I makeno you don't. you babysit a machine, paid for by capital, built by other people. it uses raw materials harvested by other people, paid by capital. you just sit and push button like monkey.
>>538257400Why doesn't he borrow money from the bank to buy that machine and then sell the pieces at a discount?
>>538257400kill yourself jew.
>>538259096because the rich guy who owns the company also owns the rights to the product design itself.
>>538257400>company buys $250 Million fabrication machine>company hires wagie to press the On button>wagie thinks he's fabricating 3,000 units an hour single handedly all by himself
>>538257400Does he make them? Or does the million dollar machine he operates make them?
>>538257400why doesnt he just make them on his own and sell them then? whats stopping him?
>>538257537>Somebody's got to slave away and grind. If I have to do it, why shouldn't everyone? Why should some faggot get to have a good life while I - along with everyone I know and care about - have to be a slave so that he can have that good life?
>>538257400He doesn't pay for the parts to make them, the machines that make them, the factory in which they're made, or any of the other people responsible for making and delivering the parts. It seems simple but it's far more complex. He should probably be paid enough to fucking live though. Bad things happen when people aren't paid enough to fucking live.
>>538259911This is unironically one of the most concise and easy to understand explanations of entitled zoomie wagies ive ever seen.
>>538259453did the capital or OwNeRs make the product?
>>538260015Rich people retard. Try to open a glasses store. Watch what Lens Crafters does to you. That’s not a joke.
lol this faggot just pushes a button
>>538257400I work on machines that cost tens of millions, does that mean I should be paid a million a year? >what is design/engineering>what is materials>what is marketing>what is shipping>what is building payments/maintenanceI think the economy should never be run by jobless 24 year old losers
>>538257400>How do we fix this problem?nuke india
>>538257813Well since he's the guy making the products that turn into profit paying for everything.....
>>538257400It's an alignment problem. I am writing a manifest... An essay on the matter. Short version capitalism isn't the problem but individualizing the human to an extreme degree is.
Everyone in this plebbit tier thread seems to ignore that obviously those three piece of plastic are simply overpriced. And since he is producing millions of those overpriced polluting pieces of shit, it would be better for everyone, including his complaining ass, if he would just lose his job
>3000 widget/hr production>3 widget/hr wagie buying powerleaving out profit, is this man only worth 1/1000 of the total cost of running this machine?
