This is Rwanda. A 99% ethnically homogeneous, black, sub-Saharan country with middling GDP. Notice something about this picture? Notice the lack of trash, feces, sewage, and otherwise waste in general? Why can't a country like jeetland, with its superior brahmin population and a GPD 10 times that of Rwanda, accomplish something as simple as this? Mind you, this isn't even the capital or a tourist destination, just an average bus stop. The problem with India isn't wealth, culture, or religion, wars, colonization, or genocides (Rwanda experienced all those things). The problem with India is Indians.

Rwandans have a national cleanup day, which they've been trained to perform a duty to remove the usual plastic type waste away from the street. But they still don't quite get it. Yes, some will recycle things like the aluminum cans especially if they get money for it. But in typical African fashion, when the whites tell them that the rubbish must be completely gone from the streets (and they won't get paid to remove it), they do that alright but "gone" just becomes "out of sight".Check pic related. It's what they do, the waste is removed from the pavements and shops yes, but then you just drive down the road and dump it by the side. Then you can use your broom or your hands to sweep it away and then cover it with dirt. Problem solved! Let's ignore the metals and microplastics and other toxic things seeping into the soil. The white man wanted the litter gone and it is gone! We did what he asked! We deserve a prize now!
