10 grandplus a few more grand for that deckplus a few more grand to finish the interior, add plumbing, electrics, insulation, etc. plus a few more grand to build / install kitchen cabinets, paint, get appliances, plus however much it cost them to build a foundation for the structure, even if it's just concrete pylons it still needs one and that doesn't come with the building, plus the cost to move the structure out to the location and have it installed. probably cost them way more the 10 grand to do all that, at that point why not just design and build your own house on the property that is a little bit larger and custom to your desires? You could get a cheap trailer for 10 grand to live in while building it.
