Your only solution to the police state is massive civilian disobedience. What does that mean ? You have to get arrested daily en masse for refusing to colaborate with the police. "Give me your ID or you will be arrested for obstruction". Good. So many arests daily that it will block down their system. The charges are bullshit with no real legal repercussion either way.
