I am very much in shape. I am soft fit. I decided to cut this year as my chiropractor actually fixed my spine so I am not in constant pain and limping everywhere. Exercise by weightlifting 3 times a week, as hard and heavy as I can go. Do very basic lateral raises, front raises, overhead press, floor press, bicep curls, dead lifts. Been prioritizing rep count over weight recently, since I've been close to sustaining injuries, makes me think I need the actual muscle mass to support the strength gains I'm hunting for.

Been on a cut too, by force though, things are too fucking expensive now.
