It's exactly the kind of thing that private charities should be doing.Second, a reason malaria is so difficult to control in Africa is because Africans use mosquito nets to catch fish instead of for their intended purpose. Overfishing also allows mosquitos to breed out of control, since fish prey on the larvae.
