I think natsoc needs to have new leadership. I'll take a stab at it1) it's a populist message, so you should be canvassing neighborhoods. That's how the DSA is winning2) because of the plague of natsoc figures getting into hard drugs and flaming out, the leadership needs to be college educated at a minimum and have a family. 3) you need to be able to operate assuming the feds are watching every move, but operate regardless. That means no "le secret illegal plans"4) in general members should be split into doxxed and undoxxed. Doxxed members do facefagging stuff, undoxed members stay anonymous and hide their face. I believe there should be a membership program where a small amount is taken from the undoxed and paid to the facefaggers. That way people feel free to speak up even at the risk of being cancelled, because they'll be supported. 5) you absolutely need some financial support from someone. I think the group should remain small but demonstrate a track record of winning debates, canvassing, and successfully converting people. Then approach some rich guy and ask for investment.
