For me their problem isn't the quality of work or not being nice. The problem that they quit after a few weeks or months almost every time. Their hearts are not really in working, and in places where majority are non black people I don't think they connect with others that well.

Depends on the job. I worked 3 years under a black male IT supervisor, he was legit some old crackhead but he was really good with computers. No problems and he was chill and bought me lunch a lot. I also worked under a black lady at the bank and she was the type to time our bathroom breaks and be on our ass if we had our phones out.The only bad coworker I had was a fellow mechanic at O'Reilly's and it turned out he was just straight up a murderer on parole who should not have been working there lol but he was nice to people
