I used to fix honda clone engines and sell whatever they were attached to. If it pulls ok and doesn't make a noise. If you drop the float bowl and inspect, old leftover gas drying is 10/10 common no start with plugged jets. Check for spark or dirty plug. Remove valve cover and jiggle rocker arms, this is always an issue, nuts back off. I can fix any mini bike also, it's the same thing.
