During that time, I was only doing 10 minutes of bodyweight exercises a morning (push-ups, situp, leg lifts, easy/free). I had developed shoulders and some definition which I had never had before. Started really struggling on the exercises the last few days of fast; I had hit a plateau. Otherwise, I felt amazing. My sense of smell was incredible. I was in hunter mode and people knew it. Had a giant (im 6'2") nigger back down from an altercation after I admonished him for smoking at the pump.
