it doesn't matter how good and healthy you live, if you have faults in your genes your body will feel the consequences.I know a woman nearing 80 who only now is seeing organ failure despite having been an alcoholic for decades and has been sedentary and fat for 20 years now meanwhile multiple people around me have been physically miserable since age 40
