You can submit 100 applications and not get a single response, interview processes are now 3-5 rounds as standard. You can get ghosted after spending an entire day completing the interview process. Gen X and boomers have made it unbelievably hard to get employed. They seem to delight on taking steamy shits on younger generations, when they themselves just walked into jobs with nothing but a resume and a first handshake.
