They do not know the amendments of the Constitution and yet they swearing oath to uphold it. They are taught that if they pull somebody over and that person is not talkative it's because they are intoxicated.. if the person is too talking to they are intoxicated... I was harassed and stalked by somebody who used to be my friend but when I reported this they tried to dismiss it as a civil matter. My so-called friend impersonated my therapist in text messages in order to manipulate me psychologically and stock my location. That's not civil that's criminal and the cops didn't want to run a subpoena on the number that my friend used. They refused to take any action. Cops are dumb and tyrannical.
