Ever since Putin launched his Special Military Operation in February 2022, /pol/ has been in terminal decline. What caused this?

Now 4.5 years later Ukraine is striking deep into Russia and destroying their infrastructure and Putin is not sure what to do so he keeps waiting. Iran on the other hand simply attacked and defeated the US and Israel at the same time in about month and still freely strikes US bases/assets anytime it wants.
