Though I could be wrong.But yeah if it can't even meet the most basic survival demands, then no one would want to work that job. It takes time to work up to other jobs and careers, and if the wage can't provide that stability then it's worthless. It should at least provide base survival, even if you're right to aspire for more. Can't really aspire for more if your base wage doesn't give you the foundation to build off of, now does it?
