ever since i was a kid, i have (perhaps once a year) gotten a cold sore in the exact same fucking spot on the center of my lip. Annoying. Happens reliably when I’m very stressed about something. Neither my wife nor any of my kids have gotten it from me as i’m always careful not to kiss or share a drink when i have one. There is a new clear bandaid patch thing that has worked really well for making it nearly invisible when i’ve got one.
