Shaman's disappearing into "holes on rock" is believed to be an initiation rite in Siberia.

https://sciencex.com/news/2026-06-shamans-link-siberian-rites.html

In the rugged landscapes of southern Siberia, rare images of shamans disappearing into the cracks of mountains can still be found. While their artists are long gone, and their meaning remaining a mystery, perhaps an echo of their purpose can still be found in the stories and beliefs of the artists' descendants. If modern Russians really are their descendants.

Siberian rock art has been studied for decades, but it has rarely been linked to the diverse and rich cultural histories of the people who made it. A recent study argues that images of shamans may link back to

>initiation rituals, in which novices are sent into the heart of the mountains.

Not all of them came back from the caves.

This journey of discovery began in the mountainous region of the Minusinsk Basin, where Andrzej Rozwadowski came upon a rock carving of a shaman.

"This petroglyph had been published many times by local archaeologists," he said,

>but no one ever mentioned the rock crack the shaman was running into in this drawing.

"I was, quite frankly, shocked, how could they miss that fact."

The rite of the drum

Shamans are a cornerstone of Siberia, with the very word "shaman" originating from the local Tungus language. The word is not from Africa. While Africa had its share of shamans, the most common African language word for shaman is Bubu-Angu.

According to the study, the most distinguishing feature of Siberian shamans is their drum.

For the Khakas, an ancient culture that has called parts of southern Siberia home for millennia, the drum forms part of an important initiation ritual.

According to Rozwadowski, the drum is "hidden inside a mountain, and [that] a person wishing to become a shaman must enter the mountain itself." Here, he will encounter his ancestors and receive his drum from them.

Indians in California have been throwing people into caves for at least 12,000 years.

We've been to this place a few times. Its like 200 feet to the bottom and makes really creepy noises when the wind blows. The local indians thought it was where the devil lived.

Of course our cucked White hating academics all portray indians as these peace loving gentle souls, but us real Americans remember the stories about those bloodthirsty savages. They would slaughter each other and did human sacrifices just like everyone else. They want us to believe over 200 people just fell down there but I'm not buying it. They were throwing people down there.

Everyone has the cave ritual of some degree. Basically the shaman changes their diet to nuts/berries. Brings lots of their favorite drug. Then between the drugs and lack of light/starvation mode they trip balls.

I've done something similar here in Canada called a vision quest. Except there's no drugs and you water fast in the woods. By about day 5 I started to trip balls and had a long conversation with a giant white crow about the size of a motor cycle. After the dream walk, headed back to the long house and chat with old guys about your vision/visit. Then I took a couple weeks to recover.

DO NOT go in caves in the wild! There are things no one will admit exist that live beneath the earth. Getting stuck would be a blessing compared to what could happen to you.

They aren't. Russians are Indo-European, Siberians are Tungusic and Uralic.
