If you could change one aspect of policing to better serve the community, what would it be and why?

1.) Longer & more robust training regiment to suppress more of their natural human fear.2.) More police funding required to be spent on training/gear, stricter punishments/oversight on chiefs pocketing it.3.) Better tools invented for police including rapid deployment bullet-proof bucklers w/ a resting hole for gun barrels, etc.4.) More adaptability in how qualified immunity is handled to allow proper use without as much corrupt abuse.There's more than could be done, but that'd be a start. They have to be both better geared and better mandated. Attack the issue from multiple angles.
