How do you anons break out of sleep paralysis? I've been getting it more often recently. The thing is I'm not sure if the stuff I do under sleep paralysis are actually even real or not. I think I can control my breathing so I breathe really hard to try and wake myself up, and I think I can groan so I make groaning sounds. But when I finally snap out of it I don't feel like I was hyperventilating or groaning, I feel completely normal so that makes me think I'm even hallucinating my own actions in sleep paralysis.

Those that are mundane typically come true (probably due to the fact they are typically pretty common events in my life)None of these things raise my blood pressure or force me awake. The things that scare me are the things that bleed into reality such as being arrested for murder or running from the police and those dreams always end with me retreating to my room where I wake up and think it was all real. Unable to process in a blurry state for a couple minutes after awakening with my heart pounding.
