You actually churned out the most equipment in 1944 despite all the bombings so while the bombings were effective in the sense that you needed to spend resources and time to repair the factories one cannot say that you lost because you didn't have any production going on. You mostly lost because enemies had a bigger industrial output than you and because you got decimated on the battlefield, not because a stray bomb from a Lancaster landed on somebody's house.
