The Founding Fathers of America built the American Republic, but they drew inspiration from something far older… the Hebrew Bible.

The values first revealed in Jerusalem helped shape the greatest republic in human history.

Jewish morals applied to gentiles is anathema to Jewish culture. Christianity applies its morality in way thats diametrically opposed to Judaism.
Equality doesng exist in Judaism

>The Founding Fathers of America built the American Republic, but they drew inspiration from something far older… the Hebrew Bible.
The Framers were Christians (outwardly, at least), but the values they drew from were not Christianity but very obviously Enlightenment ideals and the hated humanism. The Bible gives you "an eye for an eye" and "obey your master." Enlightenment ideals give you rule of law and natural rights. The latter are especially important to our founding documents, obviously. They're the crux of all our protections, not God.

In fact, the primacy of a document instead of a man or a deity is itself the most radical component of the Constitution: the idea that men and gods are unreliable and the law can provide a more stable substrate than either.

Naturally, Christian nationalists are invested in rule-by-man because it opens the door to rule-by-God. More cynically, all of them are used to accepting men's authority in the first place. They go to church every Sunday, after all, to listen to a man interpret a book which claims to be the word of God. They're used to accepting dominance and submitting.

Scale back your rhetoric, lads. The USA is the greatest country in American history and I won't hear otherwise.

Are you talking biblically or modern wise?
I will assume biblically as modernity wise jews and jewish laws were not policy makers and therefore not relevant in a greater discussion.

If we are talking biblical antiquity, slavery was a common practice in every nation but not as chattel slavery in the israelite case, but as indentured servitude to pay for crimes, debt, or poverty. No different than a live in maid:

> Ancient Israelite society allowed slavery; however, total domination of one human being by another was not permitted.[14][15] Rather, slavery in antiquity among the Israelites was closer to what would later be called indentured servitude.[16] In fact, there were cases in which, from a slave's point of view, the stability of servitude under a family in which the slave was well-treated would have been preferable to economic freedom.[17]

> The Hebrew Bible contains two sets of rules governing slaves: one set for Hebrew slaves (Lev 25:39–43) and a second set for non-Hebrew slaves (Lev 25:44–46).[1][18] Hebrews could become slaves either because of extreme poverty (in which case they could sell themselves to an Israelite owner)[19] or as punishment for a crime.[20] Hebrew slaves were freed after six years of service,[21] or when the Jubilee year arrived.[22] They were treated as servants[23][24] or hired workers,[22] and the master was forbidden to make them do harsh labor.[25]

This makes complete sense, it's an ancient society, there is no formal globally accepted coin, pensions or social security insurances. In this context Slavery is just labor traded for survival.

Nothing could be further from the Constitution than the Bible.

Bible teaches unwavering obedience to “God”. Constitution says the government cannot establish an official religion in the first right of the people.

Anyone telling you otherwise is a weasel trying to cosy up to you with ulterior motives.
