>>538531010Yeah you can bump your own thread with replies or if 15 minutes passes. That's not an algorithm, it's a sort by based on time. An algorithm is something that guesses what you're interested in based on previous interactions with the platform. 4chan doesn't do that at all. You could post all day in trump threads and it doesn't make you more likely to see trump threads in the future. It's completely random based on your sorting and who is talking about what. The bots and shills have an algorithm though, and will bump shit threads in order to slide useful ones.
