It's a tiresome discussion because /chug/ is convinced that the mere fact that they are there in Ukraine is enough for them to be "winning". Ignore the massive casualties, damage to their infrastructure, Ukraine even retaking some land, the failed battle for the capital, apparently none of that matters.Ukraine cannot totally remove Russia from their territory, but I don't see how that is such a flex. Everything else Russia has done has been a total failure, and wars were never fought on the basis of "teehee I'm here in your hinterlands and you can't kick me out, teehee".
