can be achieved by studying material detachment & achieving enlightenment. this is b/c most people do not understand the chain of suffering which begins w/ perception. the chain is as follows perception categorization conceptualization attachment delusional ideation suffering. if you study enough you will be able to terminate the chain before it reaches suffering & you will be less susceptible to political propaganda & the delusional ideas that the people in charge want to implant into your mind for their own benefit
