Looked into it a bit and basically instead if calculating interest on the principal monthly, they just give you the loan and then make you repay a higher amount (that suspiciously looks like the total loan amount from a loan with regular interest accrual) over the course of 10 or 15 or 20 or 30 years with penalties for missing a payment... They literally give you a regular loan that costs you as much as a regular fucking loan but the word "interest" is nowhere to be found. It's as retarded as mormons thinking that they can just stick their dicks into pussies and have their friends rock the bed and it doesn't count and god is fine with it.
