This has always been such a stupid question. It already assumes a reason exists, and that it HAS to exist. It's like asking "Which God is the right one?", wherein there's a built-in assumption that there IS a God. Prove to me that a reason HAS to exist, or that there is for certain A reason, then I'll start looking into what that reason might be. For all we know, life is just the result of a mathematically favorable circumstance, like mold in the cosmic refrigerator; not planned for, but inevitable.
