I've had a long standing dream to buy a sail boat and use it half the year for living on the Mediterranean Sea.There are some problems though, like, even a simple one mast costs 300k to 500k. You need a sailing education and license and not just the kind where you can go on a nice tourist ride but the kind where you can survive alone on that boat which means sailing it through hardcore storms, reefs, and God knows what else comes out the ocean at you. Also needing to repair it at sea if shit hits the fan and you get a leak. The possibility of going down and or using communication or GPS is genuinely possible. So you basically could die from the easiest mistake. We aren't meant to live at sea that's the problem basically.
