>>538578961There are two functions in cars these days. One is drowsiness alert and one is distraction alert. If you cover the camera it can stop you from driving before a driver cycle. During driving it will warn you that it can't see your face and can start slowing down and drive to the side of the road since it can think you passed out. China sold figurine heads and put them in front of the camera in Tesla cars so you could do other stuff while the car drove for you, since the figurine was good enough for the camera to think the driver was looking at the road.
